Refund policy
REQUIREMENTS FOR EXCHANGES
In a situation a product is sold out we can not guarantee an exchange, we can offer store credit that can be used when the product gets restocked or for purchase of another product or same product with different sizing.
To initiate the exchange kindly send an email to exchanges@getfittec.com exchanges sent without prior email notification and approval to the aforementioned email will not be accepted and would be sent back. Please note that you will be responsible for all shipping charges to and from us. Do include the order number and your name in the email and return package to enable us to identify and track your item easily. In a situation an item is shipped back to us without proper identification such as order number and name we will not be able to issue you store credit and we will not be responsible for a return we cannot identify due to lack of proper identification on the return label.
Note Getfit’s Unique return labels must be used for returns back to our warehouse center database. Using Getfit return labels allows us to track your return belt in our warehouse. We do not accept exchanges from external shipping labels. We will not be responsible for exchanging products lost, stolen, or damaged in transit with non Getfit labels.
Exchanges may take up to 20 business days from the time our warehouse receives your exchange and approves your product fit and clean for exchange.
Contact us within 15 days of the product delivery date for an exchange. Exchanges are subject to quality approval and inspections and availability. If you choose to exchange for an item that is out of stock, we can then offer credit that you can use to reorder at a later time, such as when the item becomes back in stock. (credit will not include or cover the shipping cost).
Please take extra care to inspect and test all returned items.

* OR ALTERED IN ANY FORM
ALL PRODUCTS MUST BE IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING.
FACTORY DEFECT POLICY
Factory Defective products may be exchanged within 21 days of purchase. In order to process your exchange. In the event that a product is determined to be defective due to a manufacturer error or defective materials, we will exchange the product as needed, We do not provide refunds.
INCORRECT DELIVERY INFORMATION/RETURNED PACKAGE POLICY
If you provided an incorrect address at checkout, a refund will not be granted. When placing an order, please ensure that your address is correct. This includes your name, street name, apartment number, or suite number. *If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will have to pay a reshipping fee.
Quality Assurance Policy: At Getfit one of our main goals is to ensure we provide good quality and very effective products. As a result, ALL of our products are covered by Manufacturer defect Warranty for any factory defect that may occur within 21 days of receiving your order, this is enough time as Factory defects are easily noticed.
