GetFit Exchange & Refund Policy: Everything You Need to Know

If the product you want is sold out, we cannot guarantee an exchange. However, we can offer store credit that can be used when the product is restocked or for another item in a different size.

To start an exchange, send an email to exchanges@getfittec.com before returning the item. Exchanges sent without prior approval will not be accepted. Ensure you include your order number and name in both the email and return package for easy identification.

You are responsible for all shipping costs to and from GetFit.

Yes, you must use GetFit’s unique return labels for all returns. We do not accept exchanges with external shipping labels and are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items returned without our labels.

Exchanges may take up to 20 business days after our warehouse receives and approves the item.

You must contact us within 15 days of delivery to request an exchange.

We do not accept exchanges for products that are:

  • Worn
  • Used
  • Stained
  • Washed
  • Sweated on
  • Altered in any way
    All products must be in their original packaging.

Factory-defective products can be exchanged within 21 days of purchase due to manufacturer errors or material defects. We do not offer refunds.

If an incorrect address is provided at checkout, a refund will not be granted. If your order is returned to us, you will need to pay a reshipping fee.

Yes! All products are covered by a 21-day Manufacturer Defect Warranty, as factory defects are typically noticeable within this period.
