There are days you’re fine, but there are many days where you question a lot of things. Speaking for myself, I am a confident, well-put-together person, but I remember life has made me feel things I didn’t think I would feel even down to putting on my waist trainers. There are days where you become so unsure about what direction your life is going and there are some days where life actually goes well. Some days where anxiety overwhelms you and you breakdown into an emotional frenzy. These alone can leave you feeling unmotivated, unproductive, uncertain and even overwhelmed.
What I want you to do is to learn to trust the process, and always remember that these moments of uncertainty will become clearer as you continue this journey called life. Here are some things that you can do to handle your feelings;
You allow yourself to feel things, you allow yourself to cry when you feel like, be happy as you can be when you’re in that moment, and REST (because you only have one life please), you should also try to have fun…this is the hardest currently for me. You can also try therapy.
Basically learn to live in the moment. So whenever you feel unmotivated, or uncertain, try to remind yourself that this is all a phase that would pass.
Also these feelings are very valid and natural, so when you feel unmotivated, uncertain and overwhelmed don’t be ashamed. Feel your feelings fully, but don’t stay there for so long.
Remember you’re doing the best you can.
